BAG POLICY
Only the following bags are permitted:
- Clear bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
- Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

No other bags are permitted, including backpacks, bookbags, drawstring bags, large purses, fanny packs, camera bags, and tote bags.
Exceptions:
Oversized medical or diaper bags will not be permitted.
All bags and items are subject to inspection upon entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Weapons of any kind (including firearms, per Ohio law and venue policy)
- Laser pointers, air horns, or noise makers
- Outside food or beverages (exceptions: Patrons requesting to bring in outside food or beverages for health conditions must contact blytle@covellicentre.com prior to coming to the venue.)
- Bottles, cans, flasks, thermoses, or coolers
- Large bags, backpacks, or sealed containers (including gifts for performers)
- Professional cameras, video or audio recording devices, tablets, and iPads
- Long chains
- Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security
All prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle. Event and event staff are not responsible for lost, damaged, or confiscated items.
PERMITTED ITEMS (subject to search):
- Cell phones
- Binoculars
- Diaper bags (with essential items only)
- Banners or signs only with prior approval from Security or the Marketing Director
IMPORTANT:
ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AND FINAL APPROVAL. ENTRY WITH ANY BAG OR ITEM IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF EVENT SECURITY, WHO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WHAT IS DEEMED APPROPRIATE AND ALLOWED.
Additional Info:
- Mobile Ticket Holders: Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Android Passbook before coming to the event. Have the ticket pulled up on your phone before getting in line.
- Physical Ticket Holders: Please have your ticket in hand before getting in line.
- Bring cash to the show to minimize wait times in concession and merchandise lines.
Fan Code of Conduct
The Y-Live staff and our partners are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience to all fans in attendance. Please be courteous and respectful to those seated around you and refrain from behavior that interferes with others’ ability to enjoy the event. When attending an event at Wean Park you are required to refrain from the following:
- Behavior that is socially unacceptable, offensive, unruly, or illegal in nature. Using or displaying foul or inflammatory language or gestures.
- Entering restricted areas or interfering with the concert.
- Failing to follow instructions or refusing to show your ticket when asked by a venue representative.
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
- Event guests are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
- Venue staff will strive to maintain an atmosphere where all fans in attendance can enjoy the event free from the above behaviors.
- Event guests and guests in violation of these provisions will be subject to ejection, arrest, and loss of ticket privileges for future events.
